Hi I'm Liat

Your mindfulness teacher and coach, specializing in maternal wellness.

A dedicated student of mindfulness and a practitioner for nearly 20 years, I’ve spent the last decade applying my training and passion to teaching hundreds of mothers, successfully helping them experience more stability and joy, from within.

I am deeply in love with my work and there is nothing I feel more passionate about than introducing this practice to women just like you.
