Mindfulness, Breathwork & Ice Bath Workshop

workshops are located in a private home in raanana (8-10 participants), a studio in givat chen (12-15 participants), or offsite for private events (organization, private home)

- workshops are between 2-3 hours, depending on the group size

- *women-only workshops are respectful of privacy and tzniut

- couple/duo workshops are private events and set up directly through me (friends, couples, partners, family members)

- *miluimnik(iot), sadir and keva receive a discount on all offerings

Women’s Breath, Body & Ice: A 2.5-Hour Journey Inward
***Women-Only event

A women-only workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself. We’ll begin with grounding in mindfulness, then shift into embodied practice—using the breath and guided meditation to settle the nervous system and deepen awareness. We’ll close with a supported ice bath experience, inviting courage, clarity, and a return to the present moment through the aliveness of cold immersion.

Welcoming the weekend with a completely unique experience for the mind, body and soul. ~2.5 hours of slowing down, reconnecting, regulating the nervous system, and learning. Together we'll practice various types of breathwork and prepare the body and mind to work with stress and transform it into a truly empowering experience.
